ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY

At Voltarix, we understand that sometimes you may need to cancel an order. This Order Cancellation Policy explains when and how you can request a cancellation.
HOW TO CANCEL AN ORDER
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.

- Your order number
- Your full name
- The email address used to place the order
- A request to cancel the order
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER AFTER PLACING IT?
Yes, you may request cancellation after placing your order.
However, cancellation is only possible if your order has not yet been processed or shipped.
Because Voltarix uses third-party suppliers and fulfillment partners, orders may enter processing shortly after they are placed.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, we may no longer be able to cancel it.
WHAT IF MY ORDER HAS ALREADY BEEN SHIPPED?
If your order has already been shipped, it cannot normally be cancelled.
Once you receive the order, you may be able to request a return if the product qualifies under our Return & Refund Policy.
Please do not refuse delivery solely for the purpose of cancelling an order without contacting us first.
REFUNDS FOR CANCELLED ORDERS
If your cancellation request is approved before the order is processed or shipped, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method.
Refund processing may take up to 10 business days after the cancellation has been approved.
Your bank, card issuer, UPI provider, or payment provider may require additional time to process and credit the refund to your account.
If you have not received your refund after 15 business days from the date we confirm that your refund has been processed, please contact us at madhan02k9@gmail.com.
CANCELLATION DUE TO PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
In some circumstances, we may need to cancel an order because a product is unavailable, discontinued, incorrectly listed, or cannot be fulfilled by our supplier or fulfillment partner.
If we cancel an order after payment has been received, we will initiate an applicable refund to the original payment method.
CANCELLATION DUE TO PRICING OR LISTING ERRORS
Occasionally, a product may be listed with an incorrect price, description, or other information due to a technical or human error.
Where permitted by applicable law, Voltarix reserves the right to cancel an affected order.
If payment has already been received for a cancelled order, we will initiate an applicable refund.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Submitting a cancellation request does not guarantee that your order will be cancelled.
We recommend contacting us as soon as possible after placing your order.
Orders that have already entered processing or have been shipped may not be eligible for cancellation.
If your order cannot be cancelled, you may still be eligible to request a return under our Return & Refund Policy.
